The room was quite small. It barely fit the double bed. i had to keep my suitcase in the bathroom because there was no space. the access to the rooms after pub hours felt a bit dodgy since it was unlit and shabby.

the location made it easy to explore near richmond center. i found friendly staff who allowed early check-in, it was wonderful. the room were clean and tidy, such comfort i needed. a great bar and restaurant were available just below the rooms, i enjoyed the atmosphere.
i noticed no ceiling light in my room, only lamps were present. i did find the kettle a tad tired inside, so that was sad. rooms was like a secondary thought, i wish the details were better.
